Our mission
Give every Indian distributor, whatever they supply, software that runs their day: orders, bills, stock, delivery and money, without paperwork and without leaks.
About Bagdor
Bagdor is distributor management software built by Sort String Solutions LLP, a software company in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. It runs a distributor’s whole day, from the retailer’s order to the cash count, on one system that the office, the retailers and the drivers all use.
Every morning, before most shops open, a distributor has already taken the night’s orders, bought stock, loaded the vans and sent drivers out on the round. Most of that still runs on phone calls, WhatsApp chats, handwritten bills and a diary of who owes what.
That is where money leaks: an order missed in a chat, a bill typed wrong at midnight, stock that expires at the back of the godown, crates that never come back, cash that doesn’t match at night.
We built Bagdor to put that whole day on one system, made for the way distribution actually works in India, so the owner can see the business at a glance instead of chasing it.

Give every Indian distributor, whatever they supply, software that runs their day: orders, bills, stock, delivery and money, without paperwork and without leaks.
A distribution business where the retailer orders the way they like, the bill is ready before the van leaves, and the owner knows every rupee and every crate by the end of the day.
Approve orders, buy stock, keep batches by expiry, make challans and GST bills, and track every payment and crate.

Orders on WhatsApp, udhaar shop by shop, crates going out and coming back, GST bills from more than one firm. Bagdor starts from the way distributors already work.
The office, the retailers and the drivers work on the same data, so an order placed at night is the bill in the morning and the cash count in the evening.
Retailers can order on WhatsApp without installing anything. The Retailer App and Driver App run on Android, and the Driver App keeps working without network.
Our team sets Bagdor up for your business and trains your office and drivers, so you don’t have to learn it alone.
Each distributor has a separate workspace. No other distributor can see your retailers, rates or sales.
We say plainly what Bagdor doesn’t do yet: no Tally sync, e-invoice or e-way bill, GPS tracking or iPhone app today. The FAQ lists the rest.
Bagdor is built and supported by Sort String Solutions LLP, an MSME-registered software company in Varanasi. Sort String also makes SalesPort, distributor management and sales force automation for brands and companies that manage many distributors and field teams.
Bagdor is the other side of that work: a ready-to-use product for the distributor itself, for its office, its retailers and its drivers.
