Crate tracking

Crate tracking: know which shop is holding your crates

Bagdor keeps a running crate balance for every retailer. At each stop the driver records crates given and crates taken back in the Driver App, even without network, so the office always knows how many crates each shop is holding. Retailers see their own crate count and can ask for a pickup from the Retailer App.

How crates go missing

  • Crates go out full every morning and come back short.
  • Counts are kept on paper by drivers, if at all.
  • When a shop disputes its count, there is no record to show.
  • New crates are bought to replace ones sitting in shops.

How Bagdor keeps count

A balance for every shop

Crates given, returned and pending for each retailer, kept up to date with every delivery.

Counted at the door

The driver records crates in and out at each stop in the Driver App, with the delivery and the receiver’s signature.

Works without network

Counts are saved on the phone without signal and sync when the phone is back online.

Shops see their own count

Retailers see crates given, returned and pending in the Retailer App, and can ask for a crate pickup.

The crate ledger

The office sees the crate ledger in the Distributor Panel and matches crates out at the end of each run.

Vehicles with crate capacity

Record each vehicle with how many crates it carries.

Questions distributors ask

How can I track crates given to shops?

Bagdor keeps a running crate balance for every retailer. The driver counts crates given and taken back at every stop, so you always know who is holding your crates.

Does the delivery app work without internet?

Yes. The Driver App records deliveries, signatures, cash and crates without signal, and everything syncs when the phone is back online.

Can I use Bagdor for daily milk distribution to shops?

Yes. Bagdor was built around dairy distribution: night orders, a morning purchase list, stock by expiry, crates counted at every stop and cash collected on the route. It works the same way for FMCG, bakery, beverages and other daily-delivery goods.
