Office staff get Owner, Manager or Cashier roles that limit what they see, retailers and drivers sign in to the Android apps with a one-time code, payment keys are stored encrypted, and your lists export to Excel or PDF.

Payment keys encrypted
If you connect your own payment gateway, its secret key is stored encrypted, not as plain text.

Most lists, including retailer ledgers and stock, export to Excel or PDF whenever you want a copy.
Shared driver phones
The Driver App is safe to use on a phone shared between drivers.
