How Bagdor pricing works
You pay per active retailer each month. The rate gets lower as you serve more retailers, setup is a one-time charge, and GST is extra. We share your exact quote after a demo, once we know how many retailers you serve.
Per active retailer, per month
Bagdor is priced by the number of active retailers in your Distributor Panel: the shops, hotels and supermarkets you supply. The rate per retailer drops at every band of 50 retailers, so a growing distributor pays less for each new shop.
One system, one price
The price covers the Distributor Panel for your office, the Retailer App and WhatsApp ordering for your retailers, and the Driver App for your drivers.
Setup once
A one-time setup charge covers setting Bagdor up for your business and training your team.
Billing
Bagdor is billed monthly, in advance. GST is added to every bill. The minimum is 50 active retailers; above 300 retailers we make a custom quote.
Pricing questions
What counts as an active retailer?
A retailer that is switched on in your Distributor Panel. Bagdor counts active retailers every day and bills on last month’s daily average, so a shop you switch off stops counting.
Do I pay for office staff and drivers?
Pricing is set by the number of active retailers you serve. Ask us in the demo how your office staff and drivers are covered.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. The minimum is 50 active retailers. Distributors serving more than 300 retailers get a custom quote.
How is Bagdor billed?
Monthly, in advance, with GST added. A part month is charged by the day.
