For beverage distributors
Bagdor is distribution software for distributors of juices, soft drinks and packaged water. It takes retailer orders on WhatsApp and the Retailer App, loads delivery runs, tracks the crates each shop holds, makes the GST bill with the challan and records cash or UPI at every stop.
Crates given, returned and pending for every retailer, counted by the driver at each stop.
Runs move from loading to out for delivery to returned, with stops in the order you set, Open in Maps and a call button for each shop.
Record vehicles with their crate capacity, and set up routes.
Separate rates for General Trade, HoReCa and Modern Trade, plus special rates for any retailer.
Delivered, partial, failed or skipped, with the receiver’s name and signature.
The driver hands over cash at day close and the office sees any shortfall.
Bagdor keeps a running crate balance for every retailer. The driver counts crates given and taken back at every stop, so you always know who is holding your crates.
Drivers record cash or UPI against each bill at the shop in the Driver App. At day close the office sees what was collected, what was handed over and any shortfall.
