Delete your account

How to delete your Bagdor account and personal data.

You can ask us to delete your account and personal data from the Bagdor Retailer App, Driver App, Shop App or Distributor Panel at any time.

How to request deletion

  • Email info@bagdor.in with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or WhatsApp us at +91 96962 25851.
  • Tell us the mobile number you sign in with and which app you use.
  • We will confirm your identity with a one-time code sent to that number.
  • We delete your account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

What we delete

Your account and sign-in details (name, mobile number, email and password), your notification tokens, and your profile details that are not needed for legal records.

What we keep

GST bills, challans and payment records that must be kept under Indian GST and tax laws. We keep these only as long as the law requires, then delete them.

Uninstalling the app removes the data on your phone but does not delete your account. For more information, see our privacy policy.
