Who we are

bagdor.com is run by Sort String Solutions LLP (“we”, “us”), N 1/64-23, Nagwa, Lanka, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221005, India. We decide how the personal data collected on this website is used.

What we collect

• What you type into the demo form: your name, mobile number, city and roughly how many retailers you serve, and your consent to be called or messaged.
• How you found us: the website or campaign link that brought you here (for example a search engine, an AI assistant or an advertisement), the page you were on, and the date and time.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser type, used to stop spam and abuse.

We do not ask for payment details, ID numbers or passwords on this website.

Why we use it

• To call or WhatsApp you about Bagdor and arrange the demo you asked for. This is based on the consent you give when you tick the box on the form.
• To understand which channels bring enquiries, so we can improve the website.
• To keep the website and our systems secure and free of spam.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for anything other than the reasons above.

Who can see it

Only Sort String Solutions staff who handle sales and support. We use trusted service providers to run the website, store data and send email, and a spam check from Cloudflare (Turnstile) on the form. They process data only on our instructions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details while we are in touch with you about Bagdor and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Entries we mark as spam are erased automatically after 90 days. You can ask us to erase your details at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or erase it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it. You may also nominate another person to exercise these rights for you.

Grievances and contact

For any request or complaint about your personal data, email info@sortstring.com with the subject “Privacy”, or write to the address above. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Cookies and browser storage

The website remembers your light or dark theme choice and, for the current visit only, the website or link that brought you here. It does not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
