Challans and bills made overnight
Orders close at midnight. At 2 AM Bagdor turns every approved order into a challan and its GST bill, ready for the morning dispatch. Orders that can’t be filled from stock are left for the office to check.
GST billing
Bagdor is GST billing software made for distributors. Every order you approve becomes a delivery challan and its GST tax invoice automatically at 2 AM, so bills are ready before the vans leave. CGST and SGST, or IGST, are worked out from the two addresses, and each of your GST firms keeps its own GSTIN, invoice series, bank details and logo.

Not today. Bagdor makes GST tax invoices with each challan, but e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill generation are not part of Bagdor yet.
Not today. Bagdor has no Tally sync. It makes your challans and GST bills itself, and ledgers and lists export to Excel or PDF for your accountant, who can keep Tally for the books.
